Wexford Literary Festival Committee

Meet the team:

 

Chairperson – Carmel Harrington, an award winning and bestselling author, published with HarperCollinsUK, a panelist on TV3’s Midday Show and features writer for The Irish Independent.

Vice Chairperson – Cat Hogan is an author with Poolbeg Press and her first novel, They All Fall Down will be published in July 2016.

Treasurer – Richie Cotter is a retired principal teacher of St Annes, Shankhill, Co Dublin and an active member of festival life in Enniscorthy.

Secretary – Maria Nolan, an active member in the community, is also a features writer with Enniscorthy Guardian, Slaneynews and The Wexford Reporter, a travel  writer for Synergise.ie, with short stories published in three anthologies, Over the Sea and Far Away, From Wexford With Love and Stop Waiting For Friday.

PRO – Alison Martin is a journalist, author, playwright, director and co founder of amateur theatre group, New Line Theatre and Wordplay.

Jarlath Glynn is Executive Librarian in Enniscorthy Library, a local historian and author of Wexford Then and Now.

Caroline Busher is an author with Poolbeg Press, she has a first class honours MA in Creative Writing and is represented by Tracy Literary Agency USA.

Paul O’Reilly is an award winning writer, singer and producer from County Wexford. His collection of short stories, The Girl in the Window, is available from Doire Press.

Cathy Keane is the owner of Heritage Tours Wexford and published her photo book, The Making of Brooklyn in Enniscorthy, in 2015.
